Givvii is a creative platform where users can share videos, connect with others, and earn through gifts. Our motto is "For us. By us." - we're building this community together.
By accessing or using Givvii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 13. By using Givvii, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
One Account: Each person can only have one account. Don't create multiple accounts.
Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password.
Real Information: Use your real name and accurate information.
Gifting: Users can send coins to creators. Coins are the only gift type.
Withdrawals: Creators can withdraw earnings when they reach 120 coins minimum. Processing takes 1-36 hours.
Taxes: You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
No Refunds: Coin purchases and premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
Verified Badge: Get the red gem verification mark.
Higher Earnings: Earn 85% from gifts (instead of 80%).
Larger Uploads: Upload videos up to 100MB (instead of 50MB).
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel at any time.
No Refunds: Premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
Separate Subscription: Ad-free experience is a separate $6/month subscription.
No Ads: Browse Givvii completely without any ads.
No Video Interruptions: Watch videos without ad breaks.
Doesn't Include Verification: Ad-free subscription doesn't include the red gem verification badge.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel at any time.
Your Beats: Beats you create are yours to use and share.
Community Use: Other creators can use beats you share.
No Copyright Violation: Don't sample copyrighted music without permission.
Report Stolen Beats: Report if someone claims your beat as theirs.
Givvii is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Givvii and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Givvii, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, rather than in court. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

To Improve: Understand how users interact with Givvii, fix bugs, add features.
To Personalize: Recommend videos you might like.
For Safety: Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations.
For Communication: Send important updates about your account.
We Share With: Payment processors, service providers, legal authorities when required.
We Don't Share With: Third-party advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies.
Age Restriction: Givvii is for users 13 years and older only.
No Under-13 Data: We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Parental Rights: Parents can request deletion of their child's data.
Active Accounts: We keep your data while your account is active.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account anytime in settings.
30-Day Hold: Deleted account data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Encryption: We use encryption to protect your data.
Secure Servers: Your information is stored on protected servers.
Regular Audits: We regularly check our security systems.
No Guarantees: While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure.

These guidelines apply to all content (videos, comments, profiles, messages) and all users.
✅ DO: Be respectful, create original content, give credit, report violations.
❌ DON'T: Post hate speech, share nudity, post violent content, bully others, spam, impersonate.
Video Content: Keep videos appropriate for ages 13+. No explicit material.
Audio Content: Don't use copyrighted music without permission. Use our beat maker for original music.
Thumbnails: Thumbnails should accurately represent video content.
Descriptions & Hashtags: Use relevant hashtags. Don't use misleading descriptions.
Comments: Comments should be constructive. No hate speech or spam.
Reporting: Use the report button on any content that violates guidelines.
Review Process: Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
Appeals: If your content is removed, you can appeal the decision.
Account Actions: Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for child exploitation, terrorism, or extreme violence.
